Visitteo is a free car rental comparison website. We show offers from our booking partners side by side and send you to the partner’s website to book. We don’t rent cars, we don’t take bookings, and we don’t process payments.

In these Terms, “Visitteo”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Atlas j.d.o.o. “You” means anyone who visits or uses the Website.
Visitteo is a price comparison and travel information service. We connect to our booking partners through API integrations, show their live offers in one place, and publish our own statistics and travel guides. When you click an offer, you are taken to the partner’s website, where you can complete your booking.

No. Visitteo doesn’t sell car rentals, accommodation, flights, tours, or travel packages. When you book, you enter into a contract directly with the partner and, where applicable, with the rental company or other provider that delivers the service. Each booking you make through a link on Visitteo is a separate contract with that partner.
The partner and the provider are responsible for your booking, including payment, confirmation, changes, cancellations, refunds, deposits, insurance, and anything that happens at pick-up or drop-off.

Before you book, please read the partner’s terms, privacy policy, and the rental conditions of the offer.
We compare offers for the same car across our partners, so you can see how the price changes depending on who provides it. We also compare fuel policy, mileage limits, included insurance, deposit, and pick-up location. Commission rates play no part in the ranking, and partners can’t pay to appear higher. If a placement is ever sponsored, it will be clearly labelled.

Yes. Using Visitteo costs you nothing. We earn a commission from our partners when you complete a booking through our links. The commission is paid by the partner and is never added to your price. Read more in our Affiliate disclosure.
Our guides, blog posts, and location pages are written by our authors and reviewed by the Visitteo Editorial Team, as described in our Editorial policy. They are general information to help you plan, not legal, financial, or professional advice.
Rules on driving licences, documents, tolls, low-emission and limited traffic zones, parking, and border crossings can change without notice. Always confirm requirements with the official authority or the rental company before you travel.
You may use the Website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, including searching, comparing, reading, and sharing links to our pages.

Search engines and AI assistants may index our pages and show, summarise, or link to them in their results and answers. This helps travellers find reliable information.
Bulk copying of our content, prices, or statistics, and their use to train AI models, are not allowed without our permission. Under Article 4(3) of the EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (2019/790), we expressly reserve our rights against text and data mining of the Website for those purposes.
The Website and its content, including text, guides, statistics, charts, tables, design, logos, and the Visitteo name, belong to Atlas j.d.o.o. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, database, trademark, and other laws. Except as allowed in these Terms, you may not use them without our written permission.
Partner names, logos, and car images belong to their owners and are shown only to identify their offers.
If you send us travel stories, photos, reviews, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it. You give Visitteo a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to publish, edit, translate, and share it on the Website and our social media, with credit to you where reasonable. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
The Website contains links to partner websites and other third-party websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, offers, terms, or privacy practices. When you leave Visitteo, the other website’s terms and privacy policy apply.
We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or secure. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the Website, including partners, features, and content, at any time.
We provide the Website with reasonable care and skill. Because we don’t sell travel services, we are not responsible for:
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that can’t be limited or excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you find an error, a broken listing, content you believe is illegal, or anything that infringes your rights, please tell us at [email protected] or through our contact form. Please describe the problem and include the page link. This email address is also our single point of contact for authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act. We accept messages in English and Croatian.
We will reply to written complaints within 15 days. For complaints about a booking, please contact the partner you booked with, as only they can change, cancel, or refund it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country. Otherwise, the competent court in Zadar, Croatia, has jurisdiction.
We are not obliged to take part in alternative dispute resolution procedures before a consumer dispute resolution body and don’t commit to doing so. We are always happy to try to resolve a concern directly, so please contact us first.
We may update these Terms when our service, partners, or the law change. The “Last updated” date below shows when they were last revised. If we make significant changes, we’ll show a notice on the Website. The version published at the time you use the Website applies.
